There will be no refunds or exchanges issued for any purchased product unless the product is deemed to be defective by the MERCHANT or applicable laws. If a product is defective meaning shedding or tangling , it must be shipped back to the merchant within 7 days of purchase with all tags and wrappings attached before an exchange will be issued. Product(s) must be completely unused and unaltered in order to be reimbursed.
Please be sure to know the size of your head before you order a custom wig ALL CUSTOM WIGS ARE MADE ON MEDIUM SIZED CAP UNLESS CUSTOM WIG ORDER IS MADE WITH YOUR CORRECT SIZE. IAM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE WIG DOES NOT FIT AND THERE WILL BE NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS IF THAT IS THE CASE.
PLEASE NOTE: Once products have been shipped, I am not responsible for any issues that arise with lost, held, or stolen packages. Ownership of a package transfers immediately to buyer upon delivery of the package to the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect address at the time of purchase and your order has already been shipped, I am not responsible for any delay/non-receipt of package due to your error. Any issue with delivery must be taken up with the shipping carrier.

Every eligible return item is subject to a refund verification process and applicable state laws.
